Let me introduce myself a little more!
I'm a proud Lebanese, and no matter where I go, Lebanon is always close to my heart. I've helped people from all over the world learn Lebanese/Levantine Arabic, from Europe to America, Canada, Australia, Asia, and beyond. Some of them were smitten by the Lebanese love bug! Others get a kick out of speaking Lebanese with their loved ones back home, and some simply adore our culture and want to connect with it. π
Before I started Globetrot with Arabic, I was teaching Arabic in London and training professionals, university students, and diplomats. I've got a bunch of qualifications, including a Master's in translation, a Master's in intercultural communication, a CELTA teaching certificate, and a PhD in Language Discourse and Communication from King's College London. ππΌ
But what matters most to me is the love and care I put into my work, the generosity and resilience of Lebanon that I represent, and the genuine connection I have with every single learner. I plan to keep doing this for a very, very long time. π
